Legends game a success despite the rain.
Wow what a day! The game ended 2-2 and was settled in a penalty shoot out, Ryan Stevenson turned up and played and everybody had a great time despite the rain.
After a tense penalty shoot out the black team captained by Andy Lyons lifted the trophy to be crowned "Fans and Legends" winners 2012.
The two teams were managed on the day by Robert Connor/Robert Reilly and Alex McAnespie/Gordon Burns and on the playing side the sides included David Kennedy, John Traynor, Issac English, Kenny Wilson, Henry Templeton, David Craig, Andy Lyons, Neil Duffy, Stevie Evans and David Purdie.
Man of the Match for the victorious black team was Stewart Dunn and for the yellow team Mark Pettigrew.

This event is run in partnership with students from the Scottish Agricultural College who are presently studying for a BA Sports Coaching and Development and are required to organise a sports event as part of their course.
The students involved are; Declyn Cooper, Ross Armour, Sarah Jackson, Scott Cook and Alan Bell.
